Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our Catalogue, and click on any items that you wish to buy and put them into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on "Order" and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to satisfy the order. We accept credit card payment. If you are shopping from North America or anywhere else our side of the UK, place your order and your credit card company will convert the transaction to US Dollars or your own currency. We accept Visa, MasterCard and Switch. We do not charge for any item until it is ready to ship. Backordered items are not charged until they are shipped. You may send your credit card information via phone, fax, snail mail or over the Internet.
We normally charge £3.50 per order, however, orders going outside of the UK may incur an increased shipping charge plus an insurance charge.
We deliver your order right away. We will normally send your order to you in 3 business days . International orders are generally received in under 7 days.
If your item is not in stock, we will back-order for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.
VAT at the current UK rate will be added to all orders placed from the UK or the European Union.
We know of no documented cases of credit card fraud using our shopping system over the Internet. All credit card numbers are encrypted in the software when the order is placed using 128 bit encryption. They are only decrypted after they reach our computer. They are not held in clear text on any web site.
We guarantee your satisfaction. All of our products come with a 30-day no quibble guarantee. You will be sent an email as confirmation of your order. Damaged goods should be returned and will be replaced free of charge. You may cancel your order within 7 working days of making the order for a refund of the purchase price. In addition there is a 7 working day cooling-off period, should you decide to cancel your order. If you are in receipt of an unwanted order the 7 working day cancellation period starts the day after you, the customer, are in receipt of the goods. All unwanted items should be returned unopened and in a saleable condition. Refunds for whatever reason will be made within 30 days of cancellation. You, the consumer, return the goods at your own cost, if this is not done, a deduction will be made from the refund to cover the cost of returning the goods to GreenWoods Creations.
No part of our terms and conditions affect your statutory rights as a consumer. If you have made an order, please quote your order number. Any complaints will be dealt with quickly and courteously within 5 working days, usually within 24 hours. We have a fair, confidential and effective company complaints procedure.

We collect information about you for two reasons: firstly, to process your order and second, to provide you with the best possible service.
