First Floor: (14" wide x 115/8" deep x 75/8" high). The first floor is designed as a living area with space for two Georgian windows. There is room for a fireplace and lighting.

Attic: (14" wide x 115/8" deep x 91/4" high at apex). The attic is designed as a bedroom with space for a square Georgian window and lighting.

This delightful dollshouse is simple to slot together, requiring a small amount of glue (The 'No Nails' glue works very well). A piano hinge and screws are supplied for the front opening.
